SALES REPRESENTATIVES
– internship, London UK, full time / part-time, 3 months or more
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Present, promote and pitch the product to clients
- Initiate conversations, educate and excite potential clients through creative means of communication
- Research, identify and contact new potential clients
- Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to connect with new clients
- Respond to demo requests and other inbound leads
- Offer solutions and needs analysis to meet the needs of new and existing customers
- Travel around London visiting new and existing customers
- Reach out to clients via multiple means of communication
- Continue communication with clients in regard to questions and queries they may have about the product/ service you show them or about potential upgrades
- Have extensive knowledge on the product that you are selling into new and existing customers
- Listen to customers opinions and views, and share feedback to the rest of the team, with the goal to pivot the product/ service if necessary and increase customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date of best practices and promotional trends
- Set up agreements with clients across London

MARKETING ASSISTANT
– internship, London UK, full time / part-time, 3 months or more
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Creating marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and website. Producing additional marketing communications such as flyers, brochures and exhibition-related projects where necessary
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Daily management of digital marketing content
- You will be creating and developing integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies to engage customers
- Customer services and handling enquiries
- Organise travel around London as well as playing a key role in setting up the meetings if necessary
- Managing an e-commerce system shared drives and mailboxes. Editing and adding contacts
- Contribute ideas to and support in the delivery of the marketing plan
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders including the clients, contractors, and external suppliers (e.g. designers, printers etc.) to ensure delivery of marketing projects
- Managing print enquiries, managing brochures, and the shipping coordination
- Managing the full logistics for shows and exhibitions, and being the main point of contact
- Writing and creating content and material for the website, brochures, and advertising
- Contribute ideas to and manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
- Writing and creating content and material for the website.
- Any other additional admin, marketing and digital duties required

PR ASSISTANT
– internship, London UK, full time / part-time, 3 months or more
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Writing editorial features to send out to Press
- Pitch news articles to Press
- Help brand build on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook)
- Increase brand engagement across our social media platforms
- Helping on marketing campaigns and delivering a video content strategy for social media and on-site
- Developing integrated media and social media campaigns
- Creating content/copy for press releases, marketing materials and case studies
- Developing web content
- Liaising with trade media and researching forward features
- Securing media opportunities
- Monitoring and recording media coverage
- Competitor research and analysis
- Write punchy engaging social posts for Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook
- Ability to spot trends and highlight video-worthy content
- Attending events, conferences, trade shows, award ceremonies
SKILLS AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Content creation skills, such as creative writing, photography, photo editing
- Strong communication skills, be a great storyteller

- A willingness to learn and a proactive approach
- An ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task
- Strong writing skills with the ability to engage audiences across a variety of communication platforms
- BA Degree in PR/ Marketing/ Communication or similar preferred
